Here are answers to the questions we hear most: how to book, the documents you need, prices and cover. For anything else, please call us (10:00–18:00) or use the contact form. No question is too small.

Q.Can I book for today?
AIt depends on availability. If you are in a hurry, please call us during opening hours. Sending the form alone does not confirm a booking.
Q.Can I choose the model?
ABookings are by class. Please write any wishes about the model or equipment in the notes. We cannot always meet them.
Q.Do you deliver?
AWe do not deliver. Please come to the store to pick up the car.
Q.What about fuel?
AWe hand over the car with a full tank. Please return it full. If it is not full, we charge for fuel based on the distance driven or the fuel gauge.
Q.Is return by 18:00 even on the 12-hour plan?
AWe hand over and receive cars from 10:00 to 18:00. The 12-hour plan is a price band, not a promise of service outside opening hours. A next-day return is charged by the actual rental time.
Q.When and how do I pay?
APlease pay at the store when you pick up the car, in cash or by credit card. Extensions and fuel are settled when you return it. There is no online payment on this site.
Q.I did not get a confirmation email
APlease check your spam folder and email filter settings. If no confirmation email arrives from us within 24 hours, please call us.
Q.Can I rent with a driver?
AYes. Every vehicle can be rented with or without a driver. Please call us about the driver's fee.
