How it works
Four simple steps, even for first-timers.
Book through the web form or by phone. Our staff will check availability and contact you. Before you set off, please check your driving licence, the documents you need and our terms. Cars are picked up and returned at the store.

02 Visit and paperwork
Please bring a valid driving licence for every driver and proof of identity. Please pay at the store when you pick up the car.
03 Vehicle check and departure
Check the car for scratches and equipment with our staff. Please also check what the cover includes and how to reach us in an emergency.
04 Refuel and return
Please return the car with a full tank within opening hours. Always ask us before extending.
Terms of use
Drivers must be 20 or older and have held a licence for at least 1 year. A driving licence valid in Japan is required.
Cancellations
Cars and vans/trucks: no cancellation fee. Please call us as early as you can to change or cancel. Microbus: free up to 15 days before / 8–14 days before ¥15,000 / 7 days before to the day ¥20,000 If you do not arrive within 1 hour of the start time without contacting us, the booking is treated as cancelled.
Payment and in-car rules
Pay in cash or by credit card (at the store when you pick up). All cars are non-smoking. Please ask us in advance about pets and child seats. One-way rentals are not available.
