Storage and safekeeping

Access is limited to the staff who need it for their work, and the information is managed properly. Enquiries are reviewed about 1 year after they are handled and anything no longer needed is deleted. Records needed under a contract are kept as the law requires.

Sharing and outside services

We do not give your information to anyone else without your consent unless the law requires it. Outside links such as Google Maps follow those services' own policies. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.
